The Service provides two-way messaging to help respond to questions, requests, and support inquiries.
Consent and messaging
You should only use the Service if you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide. By initiating a conversation or continuing to message us, you consent to receive messages from us related to your interaction.
Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp. After opting out, we may send a confirmation message and then stop further messages unless you re-initiate contact.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
Sending spam, harassment, abusive content, or illegal contentAttempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the ServiceUsing the Service to violate WhatsApp/Meta policies or applicable lawsData storage
We may store messages and related information to operate the Service and provide continuity. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify ownership of the phone number (for example, by asking you to send a short confirmation message from that WhatsApp number).
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
What we may retain
We may keep minimal records where required by law or for security/fraud prevention (e.g., a log that a deletion request was completed).
